Advantage Ford Sales Ltd.
is Calgary's newest Ford dealership having opened its doors in October
1995. The company is part of the Wood Automotive Group, which also
owns a number of other dealerships including Ford, Chrysler, Kia and
Honda.
Dealer principal, Gerry Wood started
with Ford when he purchased Woodridge Lincoln Mercury in 1983. Gerry
is of Scottish decent and is very active in the Scottish community and
is also involved in numerous other charitable endeavors, the first and
foremost being the Woodridge Charity Golf Tournament supporting Down
Syndrome.
